Hi, hello!

Last time I checked in, I was taking a break and doing a partial program.

Well, I'm proud to say I finished it! It was super helpful. I honestly believe if your mental health is struggling, if you need extra support, and if you have access to the resources, a program similar to this is something to try out.

Okay, so now that I'm back, slowly but surely, what does this mean for you?

Aside from it meaning you'll be hearing about a shit ton of updates from me within the next couple of weeks, not much.

Honestly, I'm trying to find a rhythm and structure that works best for me, which, in turn, will be best for you.
